Nature is always violent when it comes to change
Nothing beautiful emerges without its labor pains
Things are so much easier when they remain the same
But when you put out nothing you have nothing which to gain
True wisdom without sacrifice has never been obtained
The pheonix never rose as high before it burst to flame
