"For what its worth..." Written by Caleb Hendricks

For what its worth...

If I created an imitation with less spacial limitations
Based on the cantations of an older generation
Claim to embrace the basic connotations
But change the interface to designate my innovations
Would it carry the weight of its original statement
Would you stop your debates in face of plain declaration
That we need to make way and pave our own destination
We cannot sit and wait for a late invitation

Stop..hey whats that reverberation
Everyone see the stuff that's taking place in this nation
Cannot contemplate what the deal is today
But they tell me to be wary with a gun in my face
Draw your line and pick your place
But the debate is a waste
No matter what we say there's someone blocking the way

Its a hot summer day, the heat is baking the pavement
Thousands of the faithful are out making a statement
They picket and they rave about the state of the nation
But mostly what they say is they have justification

Stop.. hey whats that reverberation
Everyone see the stuff that's taking place in this nation
Can't anticipate our destination but it clear to see that we're facing
A need congregate and erase this lame fragmentation
Eliminate agitation act like a unified nation
And there may just come a day when we reach harmonization
